Returns
At TradeVolt, we aim to get every order right first time.
However, if something isn’t quite right, we’ll work quickly to resolve it.
Items Not Required
If you no longer require an item:
- You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order
- Email returns@tradevolt.co.uk to request a Returns Authorisation
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in resaleable condition
- Original packaging must be intact and undamaged
- All components and accessories must be included
Returning Goods
- Returns must be sent at your own cost
- We recommend using a tracked delivery service
- Goods must be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit
Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed.
Incorrect or Damaged Goods
Please check your order on arrival.
If there are any issues:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Email returns@tradevolt.co.uk with:
- Order details
- Clear images of the issue
- Packaging and shipping label
We will prioritise resolving the issue and arrange a replacement where required.
Faulty Goods
If a product develops a fault:
- Contact us as soon as possible
- We will:
- Arrange a replacement, or
- Advise next steps with the manufacturer (if applicable)
Important Information
- A Returns Authorisation is required before sending any goods back
- Returns without authorisation may not be processed
- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return:
- Bespoke or special-order products
- Clearance or end-of-line items (unless faulty)
Refunds
- Refunds are processed once goods are received and inspected
- Please allow up to 5 working days for processing
Items returned in non-resaleable condition may be refused or subject to a handling deduction.
